Initially drawn to landscape photography as a means of preserving the breathtaking moments of his college years, Yi's path took a fortuitous turn towards portrait photography. Through pure coincidence, he discovered a new passion in bringing out the beauty, passion, and stories of the individuals he encountered. Each click of the shutter became a means of capturing the essence and emotion of his subjects, weaving their narratives into captivating visual stories.

I was made in China and raised in Miami, FL, so I have a East-meets-West art style growing up

I was pro kickboxer in my late teens and early twenties. Nowadays I much prefer to be behind the action.
